Our luxury shoe valet services consist of three simple steps. Each valeting method is specifically engineered to provide your footwear with the deep clean they deserve, bringing your loved shoes back to their best.

How it works
STEP 1

Post or drop off your favourite shoes

POST: Once you have booked and paid for your chosen service we will send you a pre-paid returns label via email. Simply print and attach this returns label to your package and post your shoes to us within 1-2 days to receive the quickest turnaround.

Returns labels are sent same day on all orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday. For orders placed after 12pm on Thursdays or over the weekend labels will be sent on Monday.

DROP OFF: We also offer a drop off service for people local to the Milton Keynes area. Simply drop your shoes off at the following address Monday – Saturday, from 9am to 5pm: Mailboxes ETC, NEWNEW LSV, Suite 22, 548-550 Elder House, Eldergate, MK9 1LR

STEP 2

The luxury valet process begins

Here at NEWNEW we use valeting techniques developed by footwear experts to make sure we extensively clean and refresh the look and feel of your shoes. Our valeting process provides your footwear with the deep clean they deserve and on completion all shoes are then quality checked to ensure we’ve taken your shoes back to their best.

STEP 3

Your shoes are returned

POST: Once we have finished the valet process we will notify you via email. We will repackage your shoes and post them back directly to your address via a Royal Mail Tracked service.

DROP OFF: If you have used our drop off service your shoes will be available for collection once you have received an email notification.

Please note: Your shoes can be completed between any of the days provided. Please contact us if you would like any updates regarding the completion time.

Standard Valet — 1-3 Working Days
Premium Valet — 1-4 Working Days
